Co-founder and Partner of R-Cubed with over 30 years of experience in executive leadership, account management, project quality assurance, project management, change management and software implementation including business intelligence analytics, data warehousing, ERP, HCM and EPM systems. Rita has functional and technical expertise implementing the entire suite of Oracle’s financial applications. Her accounting, consulting and diverse industry experience combined with strong communications skills and understanding of the importance of change management has given her the ability to quickly identify strategic solutions for business process improvements.
